He retired in 2022 from Royal after 32 years\, including 27 years as the company’s CEO.\nBob’s session will create an interactive forum to hear firsthand challenges and address the headwinds and tailwinds that face our industry today.\n  \nMatthew Sheridan\, CEO of Nix Sensor Ltd.\nMatthew Sheridan is an inventor and entrepreneur with a passion for problem-solving. He founded Nix Sensor Ltd. with the mission of bringing colour communications to everyone\, not just the “nerds” in the lab. With over 150\,000 devices now in use in 60+ countries\, Nix Sensor Ltd. continues to innovate with the recent release of the Nix Print Pro software suite.\n  \nAndrew Kirsch\, Former Intelligence Officer with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service\nAndrew Kirsch served as an intelligence officer with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) for just under a decade. He held roles as a policy analyst and a field investigator\, ultimately leading the special operations security team running covert warranted operations. Today\, Kirsch runs a security consulting firm\, assisting organizations and individuals identify threats and vulnerabilities and implementing strategies to mitigate their risks.
