There is also a common thread running across all departments: leadership development training. AICC offers over 80 online courses and is adding new ones every month. Industry experts design the courses, which are then vetted by Scott Ellis, Ph.D., Ed.D., Principal of WorkingWell LLC, an independent consultant to the Association.
